Here’s a summary of everything we believe companies and leaders get from cultivating authenticity at work:

ROI #1: Turning towards our natural instincts to be who we are reduces friction and allows us (and our companies) to realize the benefits of our inherent strengths.

ROI #2: Leaders and team members who feel they actually have permission to be who they are generate less friction.

ROI #3: Generating less friction leads to more relaxation and enhanced mental health. Read: a culture of authenticity = happier team members.

ROI #4: Happier team members are more productive, loyal, engaged, and creative.
