The Downsides of “Taking Care” of Someone’s Hard Feelings

It’s been an intense week. Expressing some of my emotions this week with others led to what I hope are helpful reflections on 100% Responsibility and the downsides of taking care of the feelings of others versus allowing those feelings to be and to be okay.
