LEADER COACH

Scaling Conscious Leadership at Work

Bring more coaching into your leadership. Be an active, transformative coach without leaving your day job.

Most leaders want to be great coaches. But between back-to-back meetings, competing priorities, and the pressure to perform, coaching often gets pushed to the back burner.

Leader Coach is for leaders who want to change that. Written by two of the most sought-after executive coaches working today, this book gives you a practical blueprint for integrating coaching into how you lead — not as a separate discipline, but as the way you show up every day.

I think this is perhaps the most important and actionable book on leadership in a very long time. Kaley and Sue have written something really special!
